Your body will start burning down the building blocks from your muscles and you will be tired and weak before you lost even 1 lbs. of fat. After losing weight your body might be starved for nutrients so you have to be extra careful with what you eat. Toxins usually build up in our body and the natural way to cleanse ourselves is by eating more vegetable fibres and drinking at least 2 litres of water every day! Working out is another important routine you need to have. This not only keeps you in shape, but helps blood deliver oxygen to faraway places in our body. 1 hour a day might be hard to achieve, but at least 3 workout sessions per week are recommended.
