Your wife has left you, and you are feeling hurt, lonely, desperate and most likely your pride is hurting.

You want to get your wife back, but nothing you do seems to be working, in fact she seems to be pulling further away from you.

Contacting her daily, or more than once a day.

By constantly contacting her you are re-affirming her decision to break up with you.

Give her some space and most likely she will start wondering what you are up to. She will start remembering the good things about your marriage instead of focusing on why she left.

Arguing about the breakup

You can't win an argument with a woman who's thinking with her emotions. In fact one the best things you can do is agree that a separation may be the best thing for both of you.

Pleading

Begging her to come back is not going to convince her that she's in love with you.

Even if she does break down to your pleading and comes back, it wouldn't be for long. How do you expect her to be in love with a man that begs?

Looking for sympathy

Unless she's totally cold and cruel I guarantee that she feels sorry for you, but it's the same as pleading, she can't be in love with you just because she feels sorry for you.

Apologizing

It's fine to admit to your mistakes, but no amount of apologizing will get her back.

Instead make the changes you need to make and let her see the improvement for herself.
