Mention foreplay and most men will say "I know, I know - once I get into bed I can't just jump on her and start pumping away. I have play around a bit and get her ready".

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but foreplay starts long before you get her into bed, in fact it starts before you even kiss her.

It's the little things you do and say before you even get to the bedroom that count.

Women are emotional creatures, they are constantly seeking appreciation and and affection.

She wants to feel needed, wanted and appreciated.

A simple smile can get her revved up simple because it shows you care fore her.

Foreplay is about communication.

Let her that you care for her, not with just words but with actions.

It's the little things that count.

• Give her a soft kiss in the morning.
• Call her during your lunch break
• Get her a card when there's no special occasion, just simply to let her know you care.

Even if you've just met there are things you can do.

• Listen to what she says and actually pay attention to her, not her nipples.
• Joke with her
• Tease her

And in either case - flirt with her.

Consider foreplay to be a continuous process from the time you get up until the time you go to bed.

Handle foreplay right and you can be a total amateur in bed and she wouldn't care.
