A love relationship anchored in unconditional love can survive the roughest storm. Trust puts you in the same boat. . . side-by-side. . . working on learning to trust, and trusting. . . together! Trust has you both rowing in the same direction.

Oh, what fun to make great music together! However. . . no matter how carefully we work together to play the right lovenotes, our relationship sometimes plays sour notes; we strike a wrong chord. Love, commitment and loving conversation enables us to make music together in a way that helps us stay in tune with one another. Committed lovers listen for the music in words that come from the heart. The music of the heart is the nourishment of love. When two hearts make music together, it's as if the angels sing. Take care to always be singing the same song.

Our feelings help us to discover ourselves. Heed their call. They provide clues and insights into who we are and often become the catalyst for reinventing ourselves. The energy for change is inspired by the emotional honesty we express through our feelings.

Just because we know something doesn't mean anything. Something can never really mean anything until we do something with it. We must do something - whatever it takes - to make our relationships the relationships we love being in. We must always carefully consider what action to take. Action without thought is only thoughtless action. That rarely works. Knowing this does not mean our relationships will always be great. We have choice. Every choice has a consequence. The dilemma is this: there are two people. That means we have two people making choices and there are a multitude of choices each of us could make. Each love partner is only and always responsible for their own choices. Relationships are individual projects first - the one with ourselves - and mutually beneficial projects second - the one with ourselves and our lover. Taking responsibility for our own stuff is a wonderful gift we give ourselves and our love partner. Relationships take our constant attention; every day and every minute. It is when we forget this that problems begin.
