There are a lot of ideas being said about how attraction between men and women works, but a large part of it is simply misplaced and mixed up. It's simply such a complicated process and you can easily get the wrong idea about it if you're only THINKING about it and not actually experiencing it.

What DO women find attractive? I can say that the one misunderstanding that keeps coming up the most is the one about looks and being physically attractive. Then next to that, many men obsess over being muscular and bulky. But I'll tell you what - being what is traditionally called "handsome" is not what ignites attraction in women. Yes, it does create the initial interest - however, without attraction nothing will happen.

Talking from my own experience - I consider myself good-looking and have been complimented by women on my looks. But here's the thing - I used to be the biggest loser in dating. Women asked me out all the time, but I never said yes! Nothing ever happened in my dating life. I had low self-esteem, was totally unconfident and actually a bit afraid of women. So my looks didn't matter.

So it's all really about what's on the inside - whether you are social and have a lot going on, how you live your life, what your values are, interests, humor, your communication style, and so on. Those are the things that make women run after you. Out of all those, I would name self-confidence as the biggest factor. Mix confidence with humor and you get an unbeatable combination.

If you're interested in finding a partner for yourself, or you simply want to meet more women casually or maybe you simply want to have the feeling inside that you CAN do it and are a valuable person, then I just gave you a hint about what you need to be working on most.

Oh, and what I told you about being muscular - there's some truth to it. The kind of looks that you can change and develop in yourself are a special case.
